This is a special, secure information storage service for important information. Our focus is on those whose religion may forbid certain medical practices and you need a special place to ensure documents are properly stored. This includes Jehovah’s Witnesses who practice abstinence from the transfusion of blood and have special individual approaches to certain blood products in accordance with your consciences.
While allowing an individual to hold a document for us has validity, it could cause an issue if they are needed during an emergency and that individual is on vacation. How much more practical would it be to have them stored on our secure server for as little as $3.00 per month and allow a hospital, physician to access them
Of importance also would be life insurance documents. Instead of wondering if someone has them in a safe place or thinking about your family struggling to find them at death, store them with us for easy retrieval by funeral
The process of enrollment and uploading documents is simple. First you complete the Open Account menu and once that is done you will receive a link that allows you to upload documents. Your documents are identifiable by a code we provide.
In the event of medical or other emergencies, courts, hospitals, funeral directors or whomever you allow access to the code on the card we issue, can access these documents and act in your behalf.
Everything is stored on our secure server with access limited to five, (5) of our key staff who have clean criminal histories and a lengthy responsible work record.

Sure. This would still protect your documents from exposure and damage or ruination from fire, etc. however, the advantage with us is a judge, funeral director or other party you authorize having access to these items for your protection around-the-clock even if you cannot request them yourself.
Yes. Complete the Document Location Form and in the event of your death or incapacitation, your account number can be used and we can advise those you designate where they can find important documents
The $3.00 per month fee is guaranteed for ten, (10) years
